Pastor Herb was a founding partner of the Sonshine Bible Ministries, which is headquartered in Horseshoe, N.C.  As part of a team, who combined their corporate experience and faith commitment, they work in churches and ministries in western N.C., and specialize in Nouthetic/Biblical Counseling and Church Revitalization.

Pastor Herb has served as Pastor of Wayside Baptist Church since January 2008.  Wayside is quickly becoming one of the most dynamic churches in the area, serving as the Biblical counseling hub for Polk County, as they strive to reach their full Kingdom potential.
