MINISTRY TEAMS

Baptistery Ministry Team
This team is responsible for getting the baptistery ready for baptisms and
cleanup afterward.

Benevolence Ministry Team
This team is responsible for helping those in need.
|
|
BOW's Ministry Team
This team does repairs for the needy in community.
|
Building/Grounds Ministry Team
This team does maintenance and repairs to the church and grounds.
|
|
Communion Ministry Team
This team does the preparation for the Lord's Supper.
|
Counting Ministry Team
This team counts the tithes and offerings and prepares the deposits for the
bank.
|
|
Deacon Ministry Team
This team assists the pastor in ministry as needed.
|
Flowers Ministry Team
This team orders flowers for those in hospital, nursing homes and
funeral home as needed.
|
|
Kitchen Ministry Team
This team takes care of the kitchen when needed for potlucks, Cake and Ice
Cream Social and meals for families who have lost loved ones.
|
Nominating Ministry Team
This team has the responsibility for seeking out and nominating members to fill
positions in the church.
|
|
Personnel Ministry Team
This team seeks out and fills staff positions as needed.
|
Trustee Ministry Team
This team acts as legal representatives in all transactions for the church
involving church property.
|
|
Usher Ministry Team
This team ushers people into the sanctuary and is responsible for taking up
the offerings.
|
WOW's Ministry Team
This team acts as ambassadors for the church and ministers in nursing homes.
|
|
Hospital Ministry Team
This team ministers to patients through visits, phone calls, cards, flowers
and assists family members as needed.
|
Nursery Ministry Team
This team assures that the nursery is properly staffed, the children are loved
and taught the Word of God.
|
|
Nursing Home Ministry Team
This team keeps and updated list of those in nursing homes, makes contact,
keeps record of their special days etc.
|
Shut-In Ministry Team
This team maintains an updated list of shut-ins in the community, makes contact
and shares needs with the pastor.
|
|
Visitation Ministry Team
This team seeks out visitors, makes contact and ministers as needed.
|
Welcome Ministry Team
This team welcomes visitors and members before services, offers to sit with
them and offers assistance as needed.
|
|
Youth Ministry Team
This team reaches out and ministers to the youth of the church and
community. The Youth group meets for Sunday School once a week, and
1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month for Bible study, games and snacks.
